GC Trading Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of https://www.gctrading.live and your enrollment in the GC Trading futures day trading mentorship. By purchasing or using the site, you agree to them.

What the mentorship includes

A single payment of $1,000 grants you:

• One-on-one mentorship with Gavin Davis.
• Group coaching and live trading sessions during US market hours.
• The full recorded course, including every future module and recording.
• Access to the private community.

There are no subscriptions, no upsells, and no additional tiers of content locked behind a further payment.

What lifetime access means

When you pay for the mentorship, Gavin is your mentor for as long as you need him, and he remains available to you after that. There is no expiry date on your access to the course material, the recordings, the community, or to Gavin himself. You are not dropped when a term ends, because there is no term.

Access is personal to you. It is not transferable, and it may be revoked for the conduct described under Acceptable use below.

Payment and refunds

All sales are final. GC Trading does not issue refunds under any circumstance. This is set out in full on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms. Do not purchase until you have read it.

Educational purpose only

GC Trading provides education. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and Gavin Davis is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. Nothing in the course, the live sessions, the community, or on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Every trading decision you make is your own. No guarantee of results

No result is promised or implied. Any figures, examples, or past trades shown are illustrative of the process being taught and are not a prediction of your outcome. Most people who attempt day trading lose money. Your results depend on your discipline, your capital, your screen time, and factors outside anyone's control.

Acceptable use

Course material, recordings, and community content are the intellectual property of GC Trading. You may use them for your own learning. You may not:

• Share, resell, republish, or redistribute any material.
• Share your access credentials or let another person use your seat.
• Record, copy, or rebroadcast live sessions.
• Harass other members, or use the community to solicit, promote, or sell to them.

Breaching this section may result in access being revoked without refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GC Trading and Gavin Davis are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the mentorship. Total liability in any circumstance will not exceed the amount you paid.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page will change when they are. Continued use of the site or the mentorship after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
