GC Trading Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026
This policy explains what GC Trading collects when you use https://www.gctrading.live, why, and what you can do about it. GC Trading does not sell your personal information to anyone.
What you give us directly
If you call or text the published number, we have your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. If you message on Instagram or in Discord, that conversation sits with those platforms. We use any of it only to reply to you.
If you enroll, we hold the details needed to give you access to the course, the community, and mentorship.
What is collected automatically
Like most sites, we collect basic analytics about visits: pages viewed, approximate location at country or city level, referring site, device and browser type, and time on page. This is used to understand which pages are useful. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Third party services
These process data on our behalf:
- Vercel hosts the site and records standard request and analytics data.
- Google Analytics 4 provides aggregate traffic reporting and sets cookies in your browser to do so.
- Discord hosts the community. Their privacy policy governs anything you do inside Discord, not this one.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how it handles the data it receives.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are set when you visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's Do Not Track setting. The site works normally without them.
How long we keep things
Messages are kept as long as they are useful for correspondence. Analytics data is retained under the provider's standard retention window. Student records are kept for the duration of your access, which under our terms does not expire.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact page and we will action it. Deleting your data may end your access to the mentorship if it removes the records needed to provide it, and under the refund policy that does not entitle you to a refund.
Children
This site and the mentorship are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
