Why the policy is absolute

The $1,000 mentorship grants immediate and permanent access to the full recorded course, the private community, and direct mentorship from Gavin Davis. Because the entire product is delivered the moment you join, there is nothing to return and no partial delivery to unwind. The price reflects that.

This applies in every case

No refund will be issued regardless of how much of the material you consume, whether you attend live sessions, whether you trade at all, or what results you do or do not achieve. Trading outcomes depend on your own discipline, capital, and screen time, and are never guaranteed. See our risk disclosure.

Before you buy

Because this purchase cannot be reversed, take the time to be sure it fits. You are welcome to:

• Join the free Discord and see how Gavin teaches before spending anything.
• Message Gavin directly with any question about the program, the schedule, or whether it suits your experience level.
• Read what the mentorship includes so the scope is clear.

Gavin would rather answer ten questions first than take money from someone the program is not right for.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not void this policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms, and that acknowledgement will be presented to the card issuer in response to any dispute. Accounts subject to a chargeback attempt may have access to the course, community, and mentorship suspended.
